We are currently accepting a limited number of students for the online course beginning in fall 2017.

Operant Conditioning Behaviour Analysis (OCBA) Level 1
This online course has been designed to allow anyone to gain experience training animals, no matter where they are located in the world.
It is an 12 lesson course, and students receive lesson material in the form of videos and written materials. Students compete weekly assignments, and upload videos, training charts, and shaping plans to document the development of their skills.
Student will interact with one another and will learn by commenting on each other's videos, learning to problem solve, etc. This is a course that requires students to be motivated, because it is time-consuming. To make the most of the course, you should plan on spending 6-8 hours each week on it - reading and reviewing material, watching videos and commenting on them, and doing your own training.
OCBA works for all species, and we encourage students working with animals other than dogs to also apply.
